• Welcome by the Vice-Dean for Education   and   Ten pieces of advice for a successful start at university
• How to obtain confirmation of study after enrolment (i.e. no earlier than 20 July 2023). Electronically: obtain the CTU password according to the instructions of the IT Centre, use the password to open the CTU study information system Component Study (IS KOS), generate a confirmation of study.
  In IS KOS: Study - Study documents - generate a new confirmation (select academic year 2023/24). In order not to break the validity of the e-signature and thus the validity of the e-confirmation cannot be printed, but only sent electronically. Printed: at the study department in the entrance atrium of the faculty.

  Civil Engineering
• Mentoring for first-year students: This year you can find it on Discord! We have prepared a server, where we will gradually publish information and tutorials to help you get oriented in the beginning of your studies. In addition, you can also connect with our mentors who will be happy to help you with anything, whether online or over a beer.
  On September 1, 2023, we'll publish a list of students who will act as your mentors in the MENTORING channel - you can also recognize mentors by their role on their profile. There is already a channel on Discord where you can post your questions.
• The Student Club of FCE CTU "ŠTUK" - organizes entertaining and educational events, excursions, discussions, lectures, screenings. The faculty has its own clubhouse where you can study, relax or heat up a meal.
• The Student Chamber of the Academic Senate of the CTU Faculty of Civil Engineering (SKAS) - together with the Staff Chamber is part of the Academic Senate of the CTU Faculty of Civil Engineering in Prague. It has the task to represent students at FCE and defend their interests. It discusses and approves documents, participates in legislative, economic, pedagogical and technical changes. It elects the dean. Proposes suggestions to the Academic Senate of the CTU.
