This Directive complements The Conditions for Admission to Study in follow-up Master Degree Study programmes Implemented at the Faculty of Civil Engineering CTU in Prague in the 2013/2014 Academic Year (hereinafter "Conditions for Admission to Study").
The Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering CTU in Prague hereby opens the admission procedure for the 2013/2014 academic year to the following follow-up Master degree study programmes and branches:

The date for sending Enclosures No. 1 and No. 2 specified in Art. V for applicants who had not completed Bachelor study by the date of submitting their applications (not applicable to current students in Bachelor study programmes at FCE CTU) and dates for sending Enclosures No. 4, 5, 6 specified in Art. V for applicants who did not have the respective documents available at the application submission date: | 4th July 2013 |
If an applicant submits the application by post, the date of submitting/sending it is the date of posting stamped on the envelope. Applications may also be handed in personally to the Faculty of Civil Engineering CTU, the Faculty filing room (box marked: Applications for Master Study), or to the Student Registrar´s Office, Room No. C116a situated in the Faculty entrance atrium by 2 p.m. on 29.3.2013.
The applicant may submit one or more application forms for Master degree study at FCE CTU. The number of applications is not limited.
Only one application form may be submitted for one study programme.
In the case of submitting more application forms for different study programmes, each application form must be supplied with all compulsory
enclosures and the administration fee must be settled for each application form.
The order of preference of application forms for different study programmes:
In the case of submitting more applications, the applicant shall mark the order of preference of the application forms in the database.
The decision on admission or non-admission to a respective study programme pursuant to The Conditions for Admission to Study will be sent
to the applicant for each submitted application. In the case of inserting the second and further application in the database, the order of preference
may be edited for each application form submitted so far.
The order of the preference of branches of study within an application form for one study programme:
One to three branches of study may be chosen in one application form for a study programme, and the order of their
preference, which becomes obligatory after the closing of an application, must be indicated.
The applicant is only admitted to one branch of study in the order of his/her preferences marked in the application form.
In branches of study including specialisations, the applicant shall choose one of the offered specialisations.
Administrative fee in the admission procedure:

Banking fees related to the transfer of the fee to the Faculty bank account are paid by the applicant.
The administration fee for the admission procedure cannot be returned in any case.
The Faculty postal order is available at the Faculty Student Registrar.
The lists of admitted and non-admitted applicants will be displayed on the official Faculty Board and on the Faculty web site no later than by 19. 8. 2013 together with information on registration for Master degree study. The decision on admission or non-admission to study will be subsequently sent to the applicants in writing. The applicant may apply for a review of this decision in writing within 30 days after the delivery of the decision.
