Supply the necessary documents

Below you will find the list of documents that applicants must upload to the electronic application system.
1) Applicants who completed a Bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Civil Engineering CTU in Prague
No documents need to be uploaded.
2) Applicants who completed their Bachelor’s degree by 31 March 2026
Required documents (deadline: 31 March 2026)
C) Certificate of successful completion of Bachelor’s studies, or an authenticated copy of the Bachelor diploma.
D) Transcript of all completed Bachelor courses, including:
E) Certificate of the study weighted average for all completed courses,
calculated according to Art. 12 of the Study and Examination Rules of CTU.
F) Certificate with the grade for the defence of the Bachelor Project.
G) Authenticated copy of a certificate of recognition or validation of the Bachelor degree diploma(also referred to as nostrification) – the document must be submitted only in an electronically verified format, i.e. in the form of an authorised conversion of a paper document or bearing a valid electronic signature issued by the issuing institution. This refers to applicants who completed their Bachelor degree studies outside the Czech or Slovak Republic. The nostrification means that your study up to now is at the same level as the Bachelor degree study in the Czech Republic.
This nostrification is provided by CTU Rector’s Office. The nostrification process may take up to 30 days.
H) Certificate proving English proficiency (one of the following):

Required documents (deadline: 31 March 2026)
A) Confirmation of current enrolment in a Bachelor programme, including programme name and specialisation.
B) Current transcript of completed courses.
Additional documents (deadline: 1 July 2026)
C) Certificate of successful completion of Bachelor’s studies, or an authenticated copy of the Bachelor diploma.

No Certificate of Health is required for applications to the Faculty of Civil Engineering (FCE).

Enrol in studies (From June to September)
Deadline for electronic registration for enrollment in the first year of master’s studies 1 June – 16 September 2026 byelectronic application.
Enrollment deadline for the first year of master’s studies – enrollment takes place in person at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, only for students who have been accepted for study and registered for enrollment:
Signing the contract: upon enrollment
The tuition fee for the first semester of study is due on 21 September 2026 (students will receive payment information upon enrollment).

BEFORE ARRIVAL
Entrance examination: 20. – 22. 5. 2026 (you will see the specific date in your electronic application in the “Assignment to Dates” three weeks before the exam).
The entrance exam is written and takes place in person at Faculty of Civil Engineering in Prague. Online option is available only for applicants residing abroad on the exam date.
Requests for an online exam, including an explanation, must be sent to study@cvut.cz. by 10 May 2026.
